Programmfabrik GmbH, located in the heart of Berlin, is the provider of the web-based software easydb/fylr. Martin Rode and Sebastian Klarmann, managing partners of the Programmfabrik, look back on more than 15 years of experience and success, through which the company has achieved expert status in digital asset management issues. A team of 15 employees is dedicated to ensuring that the web-based easydb/fylr is always adapted to current requirements and developments and is always one step ahead of its time.
The high flexibility and adaptability of the software made it possible to establish easydb/fylr in a wide variety of industries. Whether press office, marketing, archive or research and teaching – customers use easydb tailored to their needs and profit from the advantages of an all-encompassing and intuitively operable system. As is common in museums, the Focke Museum in Bremen uses professional software to inventory, manage, and organize its collections of approximately 100,000 objects. However, these solutions often offer only limited DAM functionality. This is where we came in and upgraded the collection management with the DAM system easydb. Since then, the objects are presented in a more attractive multimedia way and the museum team is relieved at the same time.
