Canto Cumulus and DAM United were chosen. The experienced experts implemented the system and took care of all customer-specific adjustments and enhancements, as well as consulting, training and support. The cooperation has been extremely successful and has expanded to other administrations.
Today, DAM United is a partner of the Senate Department for Urban Development and Housing, the Senate Department for the Environment, Transportation and Climate Protection, and the State Office for Monument Protection. They currently manage around 380,000 assets in the Digital Asset Management System.
Canto Cumulus was used as a server application that interfaces with the senate’s own intranet, with administrative procedures (e.g. green space information) and the Internet, and plays out assets and their metadata. In particular, the keywording and thus the quick findability of searched assets brings efficiency and speed to inquiries about publications and administrative processes.
