Peyman Pouryekta is the founder and managing director of POURYEKTA GmbH in Berlin. Since 2018, he has advised startups and established companies on strategic IT decisions, the development of scalable architectures and sustainable organizational growth. In many cases, he also assumes operational responsibility and supports companies during phases of rapid growth and technological transformation.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in several technology companies, including positions as Chief Technology Officer and Director of Engineering. In these roles, he was responsible for scaling international engineering teams, advancing product architectures and transforming organizations toward agile, cross-functional operating models. He has repeatedly supported companies through international expansion, market growth and technological modernization.
In addition, he founded companies himself in the fields of e-learning and innovation development, building them operationally within a short period of time. Early in his career, he also gained hands-on experience in the development of software solutions within the Digital Asset Management environment – a foundation that continues to shape his strategic perspective on digital platforms and content ecosystems today.
