DAM United changes its supervisory board

Essen, Berlin, 12. April 2024 – DAM United, one of the leading international DAM specialists, announces the following changes to its supervisory board:

  • The previous chairwoman of the supervisory board, Jennifer Neumann, is resigning from her position after seven years for personal reasons.
  • André Scheidt, also a long-time member of the Supervisory Board, takes over as chairman.
  • Thomas Wolfert was nominated as a new member of the Supervisory Board.

“We regret losing Jennifer Neumann as chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, but we fully understand her decision to resign for personal reasons. At the same time, we are pleased that our long-time supervisory board member André Scheidt has agreed to take over as chairman. It will be a smooth handover without any major changes,” explains Roland Berg, executive director of DAM United. “With Thomas Wolfert we are gaining an experienced manager from the media sector who has known DAM United for a long time. With his many years of B2B business expertise, he is an excellent addition to our supervisory board.”

The Board of Directors of DAM United:

André Scheidt (Chairman) has been a manager in the area of risk, insurance and pension consulting in companies in Germany and Switzerland for many years. He has in-depth knowledge of the Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Life Science industry in particular, where DAM systems are used as standard.

Andreas Ullmann played a key role in shaping the business success and strong internationalization of the DAM manufacturer Canto as President and COO from 1996 to 2003. Since then, he has worked as a management consultant and interim manager for IT companies worldwide in product management, marketing and sales.

Thomas Wolfert has held senior positions at international B2B media companies since 1990 and has relevant expertise in management, sales and media production.
